Ingredients:
2 C. flour
1 Tblsp. Sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
? tsp. baking soda
1 Tblsp. cocoa powder
1 Tblsp. red food coloring
6 Tblsp. butter, melted
1 C. sour cream
1 C. milk
4 eggs
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
? C. powdered sugar
? C. unsalted butter, room temp.
? tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation:
Whisk together first dry ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl whisk the rest of the wet ingredients. Fold wet ingredients into dry. Make glaze by combining all of the ingredients and beat with an electric mixer. Set aside. Heat KRUPS waffle iron and coat with butter or non-stick spray. Cook waffles until golden brown and serve immediately with cream cheese glaze.
