Nine 007-Inspired Cocktails

Ingredients 1.5 oz. vodka (We used Vikingfjord Vodka 80 Proof) 1.0 oz. sweet vermouth 0.75 oz. Campari 1 orange peel Preparation Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass for 20-30 seconds. Pour drink into rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel. (Vikingfjord Vodka)

Ingredients 1 part Campari 1 part Vermouth Cinzano Rosso 1 part soda 1 orange slice Preparation Add all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange. (Campari)

Ingredients 3 oz. chilled Croft PINK Port 4 oz. champagne (We used Laurent-Perrier Brut) 0.5 oz. cointreau 2 dashes bitters 1 lemon twist Preparation Pour all ingredients into a champagne flute and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a lemon twist. (Deussen Global)

Ingredients 1 oz. gin (We used Tanqueray Gin) 1/3 oz. vodka (We used Ketel One) 1 barspoon French aperitif wine 1 lemon peel Preparation Combine gin, vodka and French aperitif into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Ingredients 1.25 oz. rosehip-infused gin ½ oz. simple syrup ½ oz. fresh lime juice 3 drops rose water Edible rose petals (for garnish) Preparation First, prepare rosehip-infused gin by pouring a bottle of your favorite gin into a pitcher. Add dried rose hips and cover pitcher. Leave in a warm place overnight. It can then be strained and used immediately.
