It's fine to crave a particular food item, but it's a whole other thing to become an over-zealous campaigner to get companies to offer beloved food items. From fast food menus to grocery store shelves, here are some foods that, due to their limited availability, generate a cult like following.
- The KFC Double Down: For those of you watching your bread intake here is a delightful little sandwich for you. Two slices of bacon, pepper jack cheese, and colonel sauce sandwiched between two pieces of original recipe chicken. This unhealthy treat was originally added to the menu as an April fool’s joke, but the joke was on them when fans demanded it be kept on the menu.read moreKentucky Fried ChickenShare
