A Dunkin’ employee was caught on camera spreading cheer to an autistic customer in a sweet Facebook video, which has collected more than 132K views since it was posted earlier this month.

In the video, employee Bryan Lara, 36, is seen grooving out to Lady Gaga with customer Donald Simon, 26, who is autistic and nonverbal.

Simon was visiting the Staten Island, N.Y., store with his aid, Angela Jasmine, when the dance session took place.

Lara had come by the table to greet his guests – a habit that the 5-year employee told Yahoo Lifestyle he does if the store is “not too busy.”

“I know most people’s names and their drink orders,” Lara said.

When Lara went over to Simon, he started interacting with Simon and dancing to the music. Simon mimicked him by raising his hands and smiling and giving the thumbs up. At the end, Simon gives Lara a high-five.

Jasmine recorded the interaction and sent it to Donna Maxon, Simon’s mom.

“Bryan has shined a light for so many people … it’s human kindness,” Maxon said to Yahoo Lifestyle of Simon’s new friend.

“When you’re on the spectrum and nonverbal, the word friend isn’t used that much, and it touches the heart of a special-needs mom.”

Lara was just as happy with the interaction.

“I am always dancing, and when I saw Donald smile, it was a great feeling,” he told Yahoo Lifestyle. “I love my customers so much.”
