Georgia just implemented a new state liquor laws that will give craft brews a boost.
Starting July 1, the Beer Jobs Bill will now allow craft brewers to send their beer home with customers.
Technically, breweries still can’t actually sell the beer, but visitors can pay to take a tour and take home up to 72 ounces of beer as a souvenir, reports MyFoxAtlanata.
Georgia, which has some of the nation’s toughest liquor laws, is one of only a handful of states that don't allow direct sales of beer at craft breweries.

Tuesday evening, beer fans lined up early outside Burnt Hickory Brewery in Kennesaw to celebrate the new law and get their hands on Charred Walls of the Damned --a specialty beer that has never been on the market.
Larry Scheinman was one of the first in line.
