1/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg white
1 scoop protein powder
2-3 tbsp skim milk (or any milk)
1 tbsp coconut palm sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For a fluffier waffle, you can add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt.
