It’s been a month since Blue Bell began restocking shelves with its signature ice creams after a listeria scare shut down operations for seven months over the summer.

Now fans of Blue Bell have something else to cheer about—the reintroduction of a new flavor.

Fox 4 reports that Pistachio Almond will rejoin Homemade Vanilla, Dutch Chocolate, the Great Divide, Buttered Pecan and Cookies n’ Cream in grocery freezers across the country later this week.

According to Blue Bell’s website the creamy treat is “Pistachio ice cream accented with pieces of crunchy, chopped roasted almonds.”

In April, Blue Bell voluntary recalled all of its ice cream around the country after its products were linked to 10 listeria cases, including three deaths in Kansas.

Since resuming  limited operations at its flagship creamery in Brenham, Texas, Blue Bell says it is carefully monitoring samples and implementing new hygiene procedures, facility enhancements and better employee training.
