    Ingredients 5 oz. freshly squeezed citrus juice (this recipe specifically uses blood oranges and satsumas) 5 oz. tequila 3 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 1 oz. agave nectar 1 jalapeno pepper Preparation Place everything in a large cocktail mixer. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the jalapeno in the bottom of the shakers to break it up a bit. Add some ice and place the cocktail shaker lid and shake. Strain out the jalapeno and ice. Serve the margaritas over ice with our without salt.

Grand Marnier 1 oz. fresh lime juice .5 oz. simple syrup Moët Imperial champagne 1 lime Salt Preparation Add all ingredients, except champagne, in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour in a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with champagne. Run lime around edge of glass and garnish with salt. Add lime to glass.
