Tucker Carlson to host FOX News Channel primetime show

Tucker Carlson is taking over as host of the 7:00 pm ET hour on FOX News Channel.
Carlson's primetime show will begin after the presidential election.
Brit Hume announced the news on "On the Record" Thursday night.
