Trista Sutter Bares Post-Baby Body

<b>Oh, Baby!</b> Reality star Trista Sutter shows off her bikini body on the cover of 'Life &amp; Style' just six months after giving birth to her second child, Blakesley Grace.  The 5'2" star of ABC's first 'Bachelorette' show, gained around 50 pounds while pregnant with Blakesley, and is now back to her pre-pregnancy weight of 108 pounds. Trista, 36, told 'Life &amp; Style' that it was harder to lose weight this time around. "I gained 10 more pounds this time" with Blakesley, 6 months, than with Max, now 2. To get back into shape, Sutter started exercising about 21/2 months after her Caesarean section, working out with a trainer. 'My routine is a mix of cardio and interval resistance training,' she says. After welcoming Blakesley Grace on April 3, Ryan and Trista decided that with two healthy kids, their baby girl would be their last child. Trista announced plans to get the Essure(R) permanent birth control procedure.

Trista shared Blakesley's birth details with announcements from Nesting Shoppe. Regarding her infants unusual name, Sutter explained, 'It's a family name. Ryan really loved the name Grace. At first we were calling her Gracie, but then we decided to stick with Blakesley.'

Ryan and Trista announced the impending arrival of baby number two via 'Life &amp; Style' last year. 'I was in total shock!' Trista says of finding she was pregnant again when son Max was only 14 months old.

This isn't the first time Trista has braved public scrutiny and bared her bikini body on a magazine cover! The star showed off her weight loss after the birth of her first child on the cover of 'Us Weekly' in January of 2008. Maxwell Alston was born July 26, 2007. Five months later, Trista had lost the 30 pounds she gained during pregnancy. Said husband Ryan, “I’m just happy to see her happy with herself… and her butt looks great!”
