Selena Gomez has been keeping a mostly low profile recently, concentrating on projects without the barrage of paparazzi and gossip.
But on Sunday, the 22-year-old saw the light again in Cancun, Mexico, where she was promoting her animated film “Hotel Transylvania 2” at the Summer of Sony Pictures Entertainment event.
The Latina beauty took a page out of Angelina Jolie’s book, donning a red, midriff-baring Katie Ermilio two-piece that included an ankle-length skirt with a thigh-high slit.
Gomez kept the rest of her look simple with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin heels – drawing all eyes to those amazing legs.
The actress, who was joined by co-stars Kevin James and Adam Sandler, posted a picture posing with five kids dressed up as vampires on her Instagram.
“Hotel Transylvania 2 press with the crew babies!!!” she wrote. “Can’t wait for you to see this movie. So sweet!”
Gomez reprises her role as Mavis in the animated sequel in which Hotel Transylvania finally opens its doors to human guests. The film is slated to hit theaters Sept. 25.
In the meantime, Gomez has become the new brand ambassador for Pantene for the hair care line’s new “Strong is Beautiful” campaign that will debut in August.
“I’ve always loved using Pantene, so it’s a dream come true to be the brand’s newest ambassador,” Gomez said in a statement. “Not only because Pantene stands for strong, healthy hair but also because it encourages women to be their best selves.”
She added, “My style is constantly evolving and I love to take risks, so I’m always changing my hair style. I rely on Pantene to keep my hair strong and healthy so I can take on each day with confidence.”
