After graduating from Harvard, Lithgow began his acting career on Broadway. Lithgow, now 64, has earned multiple Tony and Emmy Awards in his career, as well as two Academy Award nominations. He has also recorded music and written poetry and short stories for children. Films since ‘3rd Rock’ include ‘Orange County,’ ‘Shrek,’ and ‘Kinsey.’ Lithgow often delivers commencement addresses and has been the face of Campbell’s Soup since 2006.
