Surprising Covers It's hard to believe the number of A-List stars who have graced the cover of Playboy Magazine since it's launch in 1953. Marilyn Monroe was the first of a bevy of lovely ladies to grace the men's mag. Tiffany APRIL 2002 Pop singer Tiffany posed for the cover of Playboy in April 2002 with the hopes of reviving her '80s singing career. Posing for the magazine was intended "to break down those barriers so people couldn't say, 'Aww, she's still 14,'" the singer explained. Her one time rival, Debbie Gibson posed for the magazine a few years later doing a nude pictorial for the March 2005 issue. Sadly, she didn't make the cover.
