Wynonna Judd is currently the spokeswoman for Alli, an FDA-approved over-the-counter weight loss product. She credits the drug with teaching her how to make and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Valerie Bertinelli famously lost 50 pounds following the Jenny Craig plan. She chronicled her weight-loss experience in her 2008 autobiography, "Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound At A Time." In 2009, she penned a follow-up book titled, "Finding It: And Satisfying My Hunger for Life without Opening the Fridge."

Maria Menounos recently spilled all her diet secrets to Fitness Magazine. She attributes her rock-hard body primarily to Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art also promoted by stars like Jennifer Lopez. Menounos also told the mag she was once a size 14 before getting down to her trim and fit size. We aren't sure we believe her though.

Jen Aniston makes millions as the face of Smart Water. Not exactly a diet plan, but definitely a  health product. And while she's not an official spokesperson, Jennifer Aniston has been singing the praises of the Zone Diet for over a decade. Where was her agent on this? She should have been making millions there too!

Heidi Montag recently wrote an e-book, "The Heidi Montag Workout Program," detailing her diet and fitness secrets -- including how she got in tip-top shape for her recent Playboy spread.

Gwyneth Paltrow launched her own Web site called "GOOP" in September 2008. The site encourages readers to nourish their inner selves, and provides recipes and lifestyle tips. In addition, Gywnie touts the value of a good detox every now and then to help shed excess weight.

Alicia Silverstone penned a book about going vegan, titled "The Kind Diet." The book is set to be released this fall, and details all the benefits this restrictive diet -- which prohibits meat and dairy products -- can have for your body and health.
