Miss Michigan Rima Fakih is crowned Miss USA during the 2010 pageant, held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on May 16. 23 year-old Fakih, a Lebanese American, became the second Arab-American winner (after Julie Hayek in 1983).
