“Real World” alum Ryan Knight, who was found dead on Thanksgiving morning, had been complaining about stomach issues recently, reports The New York Post.
Knight’s father said his son had vocalized his stomach issues for the past two days, police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, told TMZ.
An immediate cause of death was not found following the completion of an autopsy Friday morning, the website reports. Cops are waiting on toxicology report results to determine a cause of death since no “anatomical cause of death” was found.
The “Real World: New Orleans” star, who appeared on the show in 2010 and went on to compete in MTV’s “The Challenge,” reportedly partied with friends on Wednesday night. A friend found him dead on Thanksgiving morning, after Knight allegedly choked on his own vomit, TMZ reports.
Several people in contact with Knight said the 29-year-old had ingested “some pills,” but did not specify the type. No drugs were found at the scene.
Police said attempts to revive Knight were unsuccessful. Signs of injury were not obvious.
