The incident occurred on Oct. 21. Authorities said Friday that Dave Halls, the assistant director, handed the weapon to Baldwin and announced "cold gun," indicating it was safe to use but it was reportedly loaded with live rounds. (Splash)
Baldwin called the shooting a tragic accident on Twitter and expressed his condolences to Hutchins' family. (Splash)
"Mr. Baldwin was questioned by investigators and released," a rep from the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office said. "No arrests or charges have been filed." (Splash)
