'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Adrienne Maloof and husband file separate divorce petitions

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof has filed for divorce from her husband Dr. Paul Nassif , but Paul has just filed his own divorce petition as well, TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story that Nassif originally filed for legal separation back in July, but it was Maloof that pulled the final trigger this morning, filing documents in L.A. court today citing irreconcilable differences. Nassif's divorce petition also cites irreconcilable differences.

As TMZ previously reported, Nassif made it clear in the separation docs there is a prenup in place. He also stated he wants joint legal and physical custody of the couple's children. Nassif's divorce petition reaffirms that he wants joint custody and acknowledges the prenup. Both parties have their own money.
The couple married in 2002 and they have three boys together.
