Is it really legal to drink and ride?
Never a dry moment with these gals: On the October 4 season premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, on-again frenemies Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes sipped glasses of wine in the backseat of an SUV en route to an event.
Were they breaking the law?

If you're a passenger in a regular vehicle, you can't drink alcohol — even if it's being driven by a professional chauffeur. But if you hire a permitted car and driver through a chauffeur service, then you're fine."
(Bravo wouldn't fess up about whose wheels they were.)
Those who ignore the rules can get socked with a $250 ticket, which may be a small price to pay for this ATL crew.
