“Ray Donovan” actor Marion “Pooch” Hall was arrested Wednesday night for DUI and child endangerment.
Hall was taken into custody after officers responded to a vehicle that collided with a parked vehicle in Burbank, Calif., around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, a public information officer told Page Six on Thursday morning.
We’re told that witnesses reported Hall was weaving in and out of traffic with a small child on his lap, but that officers “don’t know that the child was actually driving” the vehicle. “It’s more like he was sitting unrestrained on his lap,” the officer said.
The child, who was later discovered to be 2, was released into his mother’s custody at the scene.
Hall was not able to perform field sobriety tests at the time and preliminary tests showed that his blood alcohol content was almost three times the legal limit.
There were no reported injuries.
Hall, 41, was in custody on $100,000 bail and was due in court Friday.
The detective on his case had yet to present it for formal charges, but it was scheduled to be reviewed Thursday by the Los Angeles district attorney.
