'Mrs. Doubtfire' sequel in the works

Everyone's favorite '90s nanny may be suiting up again.
Fox 2000 is developing a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire, with Robin Williams reprising his role as a divorced father who disguises himself as a Scottish nanny to spend more time with his children, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Chris Columbus, who helmed the first film, is also attached to direct, and Elf scribe David Berenbaum is writing the screenplay, THR reports.

Mrs. Doubtfire, which was released in 1993, won the Golden Globe for Best Comedy/Musical, and also netted Williams a Globe for Best Actor.
