There's something very different about Michelle Obama.

The first lady sported brand new bangs ahead of the President's Inauguration.

Obama's new haircut created a buzz after she showed off her bangs on her birthday on Thursday.

In late 2012, the former Kate Middleton created a similar frenzy when she got a dramatic new bangs haircut.
