The mounting has a satin finish. This ring was worn by Elvis on his pinkie both on and off stage and gifted to Dr. Nick after a concert because it matched his shirt. An necklace owne by Elvis, designed as a chain suspending a diamond "TCB" above a thunderbolt, set with thirty-two full-cut round diamonds totaling 1.00ct., and graded H-J color and VS-SI clarity. The necklace weighs 17.9gms, and is 25 inches long. The necklace was given to Dr. Nick by Elvis, who personally placed it around his neck. The majority of the TCB necklaces were simply made of gold. Dr. Nick said he never used it for that purpose and later the police department changed to the blue strobe light and this one was switched out. Housed in a shadow box. Items gifted by Elvis to Dr. Nick including a billy club, "Special Deputy Sheriff Shelby County" badge, numbered 156, issued to George Nichopoulos, expiration date listed as August 31, 1986, with a photograph of Dr. Nichopoulos, blue dome strobe given to Dr. Nick by Elvis to be used to get to Graceland in a hurry. Dr. Nichopoulos reports that he never used the light except on the night that Elvis died. Graceland is located in Shelby County where he had all of his Memphis Mafia deputized and they were given police gear and instruction.
