Kesha’s medical records won’t be made public in her legal battle against music producer Dr. Luke, a Manhattan judge ruled Friday.
Supreme Court Judge Shirley Kornreich said the “Die Young” songstress’ records will remain under seal in order to “insulate her from unnecessary embarrassment and to protect her medical providers.”
The records will be made available only to Kesha, Dr. Luke and their lawyers.
Dr. Luke, 43, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, wanted Kesha’s medical records to disprove her claims that he raped her.
