Kendra Wilkinson can't escape her Playboy past.

The former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner said in a personal Instagram post that she finds the "Playboy girl" label hard to handle.

"Sometimes it's hard always being labeled a Playboy girl," the 31-year-old wrote. "[Because] I've never ever seen myself that way."

Now a mom-of-two with husband Hank Baskett, Wilkinson left Playboy behind one decade ago.

"I left the playboy world almost 10 years ago [and] have moved on in my life," she wrote alongside a photo of herself in a bikini. "Comparing me now to that 18 year old girl then is apples [and] oranges."

Wilkinson concluded by saying she doesn't care about "meeting standards and impressing people."

"Who I am is who I am [and] the people who follow my journey know what's up [and] I love you guys."
