Jennifer Lopez’s first hubby is learning not to mess with Jenny from the block.

Ojani Noa, who is rumored to participate in the upcoming season of Univision’s version of "Dancing With the Stars," “Mira Quien Baila,” wed JLO back in 1997 before splitting the following year.

Noa now has a warrant out for his arrest, ET is reporting, after being a no-show in court last month.

The entertainment publication says Lopez’s ex-husband failed to attend the court hearing in regards to the lawsuit Lopez filed back in 2009 against him, when he tried to expose home videos of JLO and him that he allegedly has.

ET says that the filings were clear on one thing: if Noa misses the following hearing in September, a warrant will be executed.

As Fox News Latino previously reported back in June of last year, adult video companies, Red Light District, YouPorn.com, and PornHub.com were all going head-to-head for Noa’s video of JLO, which, according to TMZ , does not show any sexual acts.

The tape does, however, “feature spanking and some booty,” explains TMZ, with Lopez in a “revealing lack of clothing and in sexual situations.”

Offers reached $40,000.

The bids flooded after the surprise dismissal by a L.A. judge, of a lawsuit by Lopez against Ojani, originally filed in the fall of 2009.

In her lawsuit, Lopez claimed that Ojani's intention to release a movie titled “How I  Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLO and Ojani Noa Story” drawn from “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage” of the couple during their happier married days, was in violation of a  previously signed confidentiality agreement.

Ed Meyer, Noa's manager, told E! Online last year that, in his opinion, the tape will go for a hefty price, with bidding “starting in the hundreds of thousands" and possibly ending in millions.

Meyer also said that Kevin Blatt, the gentleman who allegedly brokered Paris Hilton's sex tape way back when, is very interested in seeing what TMZ alleged was "spanking and some booty" that may be included in the video.

"I've gotten emails from Pornhub, YouPorn, Pulse Distribution, Red Light District and Kevin Blatt, who brokered Paris Hilton's sex tape," Meyer told E!

"If an offer looks good, we'll definitely take it."

He also added: "There is about 15-20 minutes of total nudity between all the different clips among the 27 hours of footage."

Nonetheless, the studio which seems the most eager to purchase the tape’s distribution rights, according to E!, is Pornhub.com.

The adult entertainment company told E! that they “can pay the most because we got the most money.” Their rep, Kate Miller, also said that a spot is already reserved for the tape in the site’s celebrity section.

Claudia Vázquez, Noa’s current girlfriend, is also involved in the sex tape drama, since she is co-producing a film Noa has been working on about his marriage to JLO.

Her lawyer, M. Cris Armenta, stated that the footage available “has never been seen before,” and that Lopez gave her former other half permission to film her acting naughty.

"When Lopez married her second husband [dancer Cris Judd], she gave Noa all the stuff to hide in the garage. And on top of that, we have all the home videos he shot, and in those videos, she's giving him permission to shoot her," Armenta told E!

Things were OK between Noa and Lopez for a few years after their divorce. The two were on  such good terms that Lopez even hired Noa as the manager of her restaurant, Madres, in Pasadena, Calif.

But the goodwill was short-lived. When Lopez fired Noa, he retaliated by suing her.
