Jeremy Renner’s divorce is getting even nastier.
Renner’s estranged wife, Sonni Pacheco, is seeking primary custody of their daughter, Ava, claiming his house is unsafe for the 22-month-old because of his gun collection and pool, TMZ reports.
The Canadian-born model claims Renner’s guns aren’t stored properly and his pool isn’t fenced in, according to legal documents obtained by the website. She and Ava previously lived in the house with the pool “protected” and the weapons “all locked up.”
In December, Pacheco filed for divorce just 10 months after the couple’s hush-hush wedding, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The two have since shared joint custody of their daughter.
