Jennifer Aniston Turns 45, Has Not Aged Since 1995

Jennifer Aniston is making headlines again and this time, it’s not about a new bikini on the beach photo. The Hollywood actress turns 45 years young today. Sure, there’s no arguing that Aniston is famous for sparking major trends (remember the “Rachel?”), but America’s girl-next-door is still the envy of many women for possessing another talent: never aging. Great genes definitely play a role, but Aniston is also known for taking a more natural approach to aging. For starters, Aniston maintains excellent hair health by staying clear of heating products, opting for air drying instead. And while Aniston does admit to having sunspots, she’s now more conscious of getting her signature glow the healthier way, by using L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes. “She has a youthful vibrancy about her,” Redbook magazine beauty director Victoria Kirby said in 2013. “She looks almost the same today as she did 10 years.” She also follows one important beauty regime before hitting the sheets.
