Jenni Rivera’s old Encino, California home has a new owner: ex-98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey.
Just days after he and wife Vanessa sold their mansion, Lachey dropped more than $4.15 million for the 7 bedroom, 10 bath home once owned by the late Mexican-American singer Rivera, TMZ reported.
According to the gossip website, the mansion is nearly 10,000 square feet and sits on 4 acres. It boasts a beautiful kitchen, breathtaking views of the San Fernando Valley, a private hiking trail, a pool with a waterfall and a “JR” monogramed in the front foyer.
Lachey worked with Farrah Aldjufrie from The Agency to help seal the deal on the house. The Lacheys sold their other Encino home – 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and boasts cathedral ceilings – earlier this month for $3.995 million, TMZ reported.
Rivera, who died in a plane crash in 2012, purchased the property in 2009 for $3.3 million.
According to TMZ, the Lacheys sent a letter to Rivera’s family thanking them for the home.
