What keeps Jason Segel up at night?

The "How I Met Your Mother" alum revealed his worst nightmare is witches eating his toes.

"[The witches] didn't want all of me," he Entertainment Weekly. "They just wanted my toes."

Segel has had the nightmare since childhood and he wrote about it in his new children's book.

So how does Segel fall asleep?

"I am praying in the morning and in the ," he told a reporter in Berlin, according to People. "Lying in bed, I actually rethink a lot of stuff, to make sure it's okay."
