Hulk Hogan is back with a vengeance — in court, that is.

The former wrestler has refiled a $100 million lawsuit against media gossip site Gawker for posting a portion of his sex tape online, TMZ.com reports. Hogan initially sued the website in October 2011, but dismissed the suit in federal court last month in order to refile in a Florida state court, where he is also suing Heather Clem, the woman on the sex tape. The dismissal was necessary to consolidate his claims against both Clem and the website.

Hogan also initially sued Clem's ex-husband, radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, claiming both he and Clem had a role in leaking the footage. That lawsuit was settled, and Bubba apologized to Hogan on the air.
