The third man to come forward alleging he had sexual relations with Elmo voice Kevin Clash when he was underage claims Clash gave him alcohol, according to TMZ. The accuser, referred to as John Doe in a new lawsuit, alleges he was 16 at the time and Clash “piled him with alcohol” prior to their sexual encounter, the website added.
