Hayden Panettiere reportedly on leave from 'Nashville'

Hayden Panettiere is focusing on treating her postpartum depression.
Page Six has learned that during this difficult time, Panettiere will temporarily step away from her role on ABC’s “Nashville” and that production will work around her.
Panettiere, who gave birth to baby girl Kaya last December, is seeking treatment at a facility.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}“Hayden Panettiere is voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center as she is currently battling postpartum depression,” read a statement from her team this week. “She asks that the media respect her privacy during this time.”
In late September, the actress, 26, candidly spoke out about her struggles on “Live! with Kelly and Michael.”
“When [you’re told] about postpartum depression you think it’s, ‘I feel negative feelings towards my child, I want to injure or hurt my child’ — I’ve never, ever had those feelings,” she said on the show. “Some women do. But you don’t realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on.”
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Days before her revelation, the star’s fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, was spotted on a Miami beach with their daughter. Panettiere was nowhere in sight.
Reps for “Nashville” had no comment on the matter, while Panettiere’s personal rep didn’t return our request for comment.
