Eddie Murphy Honored: Who Is the Funniest Comedian?

Eddie Murphy is still the king of comedy.
The "Shrek" star was named Comedy Icon at Comedy Central's first annual U.S. Comedy Awards on Saturday, which honored Murphy's three-decade stand-up and movie career.
The hilarious (and strange) Zach Galifianakis was also named best Comedy Actor in Film for "Dinner for Schmucks."

And while other very funny people like David Letterman, Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey also went home with awards, the event got us thinking about our favorite stand-up comedians.
