'DWTS' performer gets down on bended knee during live show

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Sasha Farber proposed to fellow dancer Emma Slater during Tuesday night's results show.

After Farber and Slater performed a contemporary exhibition dance together, host Tom Bergeron suddenly turned the floor over to Farber.

The Russian born Australian told his longtime lady love and "DWTS" co-star, "I love you so, so much," and got down on one knee, holding out a box with a ring.

Slater, who is British, nodded a teary-eyed, emotional yes and he put the ring on her finger.

Streamers then fell from the ballroom ceiling as the happy dance couple kissed and embraced.

The rest of the season 23 cast, with longtime pro Derek Hough leading the way, filed down from the sky box to hug the engaged pair.

Judges Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli were seen wiping away tears.

Bergeron told viewers the obvious: "Sasha just proposed and thankfully, she said yes."

Just last week, Slater, who was eliminated with celeb partner Rick Perry, told FOX 411 she was "ready to marry" Farber, who works with little person reality star Terra Jole. Slater also revealed they were living together and redecorating a home.

And now, they will be planning a wedding!

It's not the first time there has been a live DWTS proposal. Noah Galloway previously proposed to his galpal on camera, but the couple later broke up.
