A Chilean lawyer said a judge has agreed to retest the DNA sample of Spanish-language TV host Mario Kreutzberger.
A blood test found no link between the "Sabado Gigante" host known as Don Francisco and a Chilean man claiming to be his son. But a prosecutor opened a criminal investigation into a lab technician's claims that he was offered a bribe to change the result.
Kreutzberger has denied the allegations, telling reporters last month "I've never bribed anybody."

The Chilean man’s lawyer, Pedro Mirando, said a judge agreed to further tests. But Mirando said he will appeal the decision because he wants the talk show host to give more blood for testing.
Forty-three-year-old Abraham F.M. filed a lawsuit against Kreutzberger last year. He claims he was the outcome of a romance between Kreutzberger and his mother, identified as Rosa M.C., who at the time was working at a bakery.
F.M., says his mother and Kreutzberger never saw each other again, despite her countless efforts of finding him via television Channel 13, where Don Francisco began his career
