“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador’s drinking is becoming a point of contention in her divorce.
Her estranged husband, David, filed a request for an order prohibiting her from drinking around their three daughters, per court documents obtained by The Blast. If granted, the order would restrict Shannon from drinking eight hours before seeing their children as well.
Shannon, 54, and David share Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, 13.

“The mother had publicly stated on television within the last month, she ‘self-medicates’ with alcohol,” he argued in the papers. “That behavior is detrimental to the children.”
“I requested Mrs. Beador agree to not drinking or being drunk in front of the children and the request was denied and in fact disputed that she even stated she ‘self-medicates’ even though the television clip of her stating it is currently on the Bravo (NBCU) website and was included and quoted on several media articles.”
Shannon revealed at the Season 12 reunion that their custody argument was heating up after footage of her drinking and breakdown in Jamaica was aired.
