“Criminal Minds” star A.J. Cook is reportedly suing her former manager, David Guillod, for failing to disclose his history involving multiple sexual assault accusations. As a result of the suit, new allegations against the manager have come to light.

She claims he potentially damaged her reputation as a supporter of women and should repay her $1.6 million, and also reimburse other actresses he earned money from. Guillod has previously worked with stars such as Gina Rodriguez, Kristin Chenoweth and Paula Patton.

Guillod has denied the allegations against him in the past.

According to TheWrap, which first reported allegations of Guillod’s misconduct including assault and rape, Cook’s suit is actually a countersuit in response to Guillod’s former company, Primary Wave Entertainment, suing her in Oct. 2018 for some $333,000 in unpaid commissions. However, she claims she stopped paying the company when she learned of the accusations against her manager. Cook and the other actresses mentioned were among those that left Primary Wave after the allegations came to light in Nov. 2017.

"Mr. Guillod’s victims will soon be testifying in this matter. As it is our intent to prove that the claims against Mr. Guillod are both disturbing and true, and that Mr. Guillod’s failure to disclose this information to Ms. Cook is both illegal and inexcusable,” Cook's attorney, Michael Saltz told Fox News in a statement.

The outlet notes, in addition to previous accusations, Cook’s lawsuit brings to light other allegations including Guillod making sexual comments about a young “very famous child actor” when she was 15 and working at his old company, Handprint Entertainment.

Another allegation asserts that Guillod exposed himself to a female client by poking his penis through a hole in a script while working at the United Talent Agency. The suit also mentions various sexual harassment allegations as well as mismanagement of Cook’s resources while he was working as her manager.

"She prides herself on, and has run her career in a manner consistent with, supporting female empowerment issues and women’s rights,” said Saltz. “She is at risk of losing credibility in her brand if people presume that she knowingly made a person accused of multiple rapes and/or sexual assaults the representative of her and her brand.”

Cook’s lawsuit reportedly alleges breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, intentional concealment of material facts and unjust enrichment.

An attorney for Cook did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment.
