Christina Aguilera won't return to NBC’s “The Voice” until 2016, but she is still keeping close tabs on the show in the meantime, and she gushed about the romance between judges Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton to FOX411.

"‘The Voice’ has our first love connection, how awesome is that!” she said with a smile. “I know their own situations personally with their divorces and coming from a divorce myself its not easy, its rough on everyone and then you add the pressure of the media and bulls--t rumors, its just nasty and I give them 100 percent of my support.”

The 34-year-old mother of two continued to explain she wants nothing but happiness for her pals.

“They are good people,” she said. “She is a great mom. We’ve known each other for years, way before ‘The Voice’ and through ‘The Voice’ I now know Blake. They really deserve happiness. They are two great people and why not, right?”

As season 9 of “The Voice” is in full swing Aguilera can’t wait to return to the show.

“I remember at a time when we kicked off the show and didn’t know what we were in for and now what 10 seasons later?…It’s a great place to be. It’s a great place to come to,” she revealed. “We are all like family and it’s a family that continues to grow, and its pretty much like a well-oiled machine at this point. We all know what we are there to do and pushing that button and swinging the chair, its kind of fun!”

FOX411 caught up with Aguilera as she partners with HopeLine from Verizon to spread awareness about domestic violence. She explained why the cause is so near and dear to her heart.

“I pretty much grew up in it, so its only that much more reason and important to me to spread my own awareness for other people going through it because it is such a hush hush topic,” she explained.
