AC/DC announced the death of Colin Burgess on their social media

The official Instagram account of AC/DC shared a statement on Burgess' death.

"Very sad to hear of the passing of Colin Burgess. He was our first drummer and a very respected musician," the band posted. "Happy memories, rock in peace Colin."
