Miranda Lambert is officially a truck saleswoman.

Ram Trucks has released its first commercial featuring the country star today, part of a multi-platform partnership announced last fall. In it, she performs “Roots and Wings,” a new song she penned especially for the campaign.

“I got red dirt stains on my boots and jeans, calloused fingers from my guitar strings,” Lambert sings in the minute-long tune, in which she also thanks “the Lord above…for daddy’s hands and mama’s dreams.”

She doesn’t specifically sing about pickups, just Sunday drives, but she grew up around them on a farm and has previously said that “I have also written songs that mention trucks, so I am so happy to be partnering with Ram."

“In our very first meeting we saw the connections between her core values and those of the Ram Truck brand – common traits like hard working, determined, goal-oriented, tough and a driving purpose to perform brilliantly at the highest levels, said Ram President and CEO Robert Hegbloom in a press release accompanying the video.

“She lives her life by her own rules just like so many of our Ram truck owners.”

Along with web and TV placement, the commercial will run during Lambert’s concerts on her current tour.
