ATLANTA – Police investigating the killings of two teenagers in Atlanta's suburbs say they want to hear from anyone who saw a certain silver sport utility vehicle and became suspicious.
Roswell police said in a statement that they have the silver Honda Passport that belongs to 20-year-old Jeffrey A. Hazelwood, who faces murder charges in the case. But they say they're still hoping to hear from people with information about it as they continue to investigate the Monday slayings.
Hazelwood was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of murder in the killings of Carter Davis and Natalie Henderson. The 17-year-olds were shot once in the head.
Police have refused to discuss a possible motive for the killings, nor would they comment on the relationship, if any, between Hazelwood and the teens.
Davis had lived in Rapid City, South Dakota, during part of his high school years.
