Officials at a private Christian school in Las Vegas are objecting to a new neighbor a few doors away: a store that sells sex toys and fetish lingerie.

Lone Mountain Academy Principal Larry Henderson says his job is to protect his students and The Love Store should not have been allowed anywhere near kids.

He told KLAS-TV he realizes the vast majority of people shopping there would never harm a child, but there's still a chance the store could draw sexual deviants near his school.

The shop's owner did not immediately return a phone call Sunday.

A city spokesperson says Las Vegas regulations allow The Love Store to operate next door as a general retailer because less than 35 percent of its revenue comes from adult material.
