NEW YORK – Jennifer Aniston recently bared her soul to "Vogue" magazine, but now pics of the former "Friends" sensation baring her bod could be illegally making their way onto millions of men’s computers as a 2009 Desktop Calendar.
While seeing pictures of the wholesome, fresh-faced Aniston in the calendar are bound to make the work day a little easier, come November next year we doubt too many guys will be focusing on their task at hand. That month features the upcoming "Marley & Me" starlet bra-free beneath a stream of running water.

"I don’t think this is legal," a rep for Aniston told Tarts. "The rights for those photographs belong to the photographers."
An attorney confirmed that uncredited pics are generally a violation of the photographer’s rights.

But this isn’t the first time Jen has been embroiled in a steamy snap scandal. In December 2005 Aniston sued a pap for snapping her while sunbathing topless outside her L.A home (it ended with a sealed settlement) and also sued two adult magazines for running the racy pictures.
Then in February last year, Universal City Studios filed a copyright infringement complaint against gossip blogger Perez Hilton for publishing a revealing pic of the actress on the set of "The Break-Up". The snap in-question was reportedly stolen from footage that wasn’t used in the film’s final cut.

According to an eyewitness, their dinner date abruptly ended after the confrontation, with Miller running down the street in tears as (of course) the paparazzi pursued. Amanda Bynes Picks Up LC’s Seconds
Things didn’t work out between Lauren Conrad and Doug Reinhardt on "The Hills," but it looks as though things are getting pretty serious between Reinhardt and (kinda) LC look-a-like Amanda Bynes.
The two have been spotted together two Tuesday’s in-a-row at West Hollywood hotspot Apple, and on both occasions they came and left together holding hands. According to Pop Tarts spies, Bynes and Reinhardt couldn’t keep their hands off each other and even made it a double-date with Conrad’s fellow ex Brody Jenner and his Playmate squeeze, Jayde Nicole.
On Wednesday night Bynes and Reinhardt validated their blossoming romance with another night out together, this time at Crown Bar.
"They are very happy together," a Bynes pal told Tarts.
Skinny Slam: Bar Refaeli Refuses to Lose Weight
The modeling industry has long been associated with desperate and dangerous methods to reach unrealistic weights, but one who refuses to succumb to the pressure is Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli.
"I do not eat and if I eat I throw-up," the 23-year-old joked to Tarts. "I like to live a healthy lifestyle, I'm not a skinny model - I think I look healthy. I eat what I want when I want."
Refaeli is best known for curvaceous bikini bod and has graced the pages of hundreds of publications from Maxim to Sports Illustrated to Victoria's Secret catalogues to GQ and Elle.
"I try to avoid the pressure to lose weight, I've generally always been comfortable with myself but at the times when I’ve been skinnier I haven’t felt comfortable," Refaeli explained. "Nobody is going to like you if you don’t like yourself."
Refaeli and former on-again/off-again lover Leonardo DiCaprio reportedly have parted ways for good earlier this year, but the swimsuit stunner seems to have her sights set on someone else.
"I can't say if I'm dating anybody," she said with a coy smile, although she did tell us that she is "totally obsessed" with the music of hip-hop artist Kanye West.
"The Real World" Turns 21, Adds One
It’s hard to believe that the mother of reality TV, "The Real World," is going into its 21st season and it’s going back to its Brooklyn roots.
For the first time ever, "The Real World: Brooklyn" brings together eight (not seven) weird and wonderful peeps from totally different walks of life (we’re talking an Iraq War veteran, an ex pageant princess, a punk rock Mormon, a hip-hop dancing hippie and a dolphin trainer) and forces them to exist under one roof.
The MTV series will premiere on January 7, but it sounds simply like a disaster waiting to happen…
