'ER' Star Goran Visnjic Admits to One-Night Stand, Possibly Fathering Child

ZAGREB, Croatia – The actor who plays Doctor Kovac on "ER" has admitted he cheated on his wife with a Croatian woman who claims to have had his baby.

Goran Visnjic tells a Croatian magazine that he'd been drinking and was jet-lagged when he had a one-nighter with the woman last summer.

He says he's not proud of what he did but is "ready to accept all the consequences."

Visnjic says he'll take a paternity test — and if it turns out the 4-month-old girl is his, he'll pay child support. But he says he won't seek custody.

Visnjic has been married eight years.
