Beauty Products That Play With Your Senses
There are so many beauty products on the market today that it can be hard to choose which one is best. But a recent surge in products that appeal to our senses has made it a bit easier to decide. Yes, we're talking about those senses — sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. Once we experienced these unique products, including a warming foot scrub, a scented nail polish and a lipstick that changes color to match our natural hue, we were completely sold.
- Winter is coming, so it’s the perfect time to start thinking about how to warm up, and why not start with your beauty regimen? It contains zeolites, which are minerals that produce a warming sensation all while soothing the skin. Available: Walmart.comread moreWalmart.comShare
- Another one of my favorite sense-activating beauty products is Sun Bum’s “Cool Down” Lotion. It’s a cooling lotion I use when I’m windburnt after skiing, or when I just have dry skin. It provides a deep hydration to softly rebuild the skin’s natural moisture level. Available: TrustTheBum.comread moreTrustthebum.comShare

- Flavored lip balms have been all the rage since we were young, but many beauty companies have taken it to the next level with bacon, pickle and cocktail flavored lip-glosses. That’s right, those flavors are all out there, but the verdict is in: We'd rather have our lips taste sweet like a sugarplum with Stila’s Lip Glaze! - These bath balls make bath time fun for adults. Once these little gems hit the water, they sizzle and hiss until they’re dissolved. They’re also created from Dead Sea salts, and add an explosion of minerals, rose petals and floral essences to your bath while also nourishing and soothing your skin with dreamy scents like rose and honey-peach. - It’s not always easy finding the perfect shade of lipstick for your lips; I know I’ve spent hours at Sephora trying out different shades. But with Givenchy’s Le Rose Magic Lipstick, you can take the guesswork out of the equation. Once it's applied, this lipstick turns to the ideal shade of pink for your skin tone. The ingredients in the lipstick work with the pH of your pout, creating the perfect hue for you. Available: Sephora.comread moreSephora.comShare
- You can also stimulate your sense of sight with “In the Mood” Color Changing Nail Polish — and you’ll never get bored with your nail color! These pretty polishes change color based on your body temperature and your mood. Which one are you? Flirty, curious or naughty? Available: TheMoodPolish.comread morethemoodpolish.comShare
