Dortmund, Germany (SportsNetwork.com) - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ciro Immobile netted second-half goals on Wednesday as Borussia Dortmund rallied to earn a point in a 2-2 draw with Stuttgart at Signal Iduna Park.

Coming off a disappointing 2-0 loss to Mainz over the weekend, Dortmund hoped to get off to a better start in front of the home fans, but Mainz drew first blood three minutes into the second half through a goal from Daniel Didavi.

Didavi then collected his second goal of the night in the 68th minute, but Dortmund answered through Aubameyang five minutes later.

It appeared that Stuttgart was going to come away with an impressive victory, but Immobile hit for the equalizer four minutes from time to ensure the sides settled for a point apiece.

The result sees Jurgen Klopp's team move into eighth place in the Bundesliga with seven points, while Stuttgart sits in 17th place with two points.

Also in the Bundesliga on Wednesday, Bayer Leverkusen collected a goal from Heung-Min Son in the 33rd minute to earn a 1-0 result over Augsburg, while Borussia Monchengladbach claimed a 1-0 win over Hamburg on the strength of a 25th minute tally from Max Kruse.

Hannover climbed to third place in the Bundesliga with a 1-0 win over FC Cologne behind a goal from Joselu, while Wednesday's final Bundesliga fixture saw Salomon Kalou score in the 35th minute to lift Hertha Berlin to a 1-0 result against Wolfsburg.
