MIAMI – The Dolphins have announced they've signed cornerback Jamar Taylor, their second-round draft pick.
Terms of the deal were not released on Thursday.
Taylor was the 54th player selected in this year's draft.
He was a three-year starter for Boise State and started 35 games and appeared in 48. The cornerback registered 137 tackles along with 18 passes defensed and seven interceptions.
Taylor showed a knack for big plays with forced six fumbles and five sacks.
He still holds the Boise State record for the longest interception return in school history, a 100-yard returned for a touchdown against Arizona State in the 2011 Maaco Bowl.
