Lukas Podolski scored two goals in a five- 0, on Sunday at RheinEnergieStadion in the Bundesliga.

Podolski scored in the 19th and 24th minutes for his seventh and eighth goals, and Cologne won for the fourth time in its last six after winning just one of its first five games this season.

Slawomir Peszko added Cologne's third goal in the 56th minute, and the sending off of Torsten Oehrl with just over 15 minutes left sealed Augsburg's fate.

Cologne is 11th in the standings, nine points off the pace of leaders Bayern Munich. Augsburg had a modest two-game unbeaten streak snapped and is just one point off the bottom of the table.

Hamburg 1, Kaiserslautern 1

Hamburg, Germany - Jose Paolo Guerrero scored his first goal of the season in the 65th minute, and 10-man Hamburg tied Kaiserslautern 1-1 at Imtech Arena on Sunday in the Bundesliga.

Slobodan Rajkovic was sent off after 22 minutes for Hamburg, and Pierre De Wit put Kaiserslautern in front after 38 minutes. But Guerrero found the equalizer with a header just under the crossbar midway through the second half.

Hamburg extended its modest unbeaten run to three games as it continues to try and overcome a poor start, while Kaiserslautern also moved its unbeaten streak to three games.
