Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have laid down more than $20 million for a penthouse at 443 Greenwich — a new Tribeca development filling up with celebrity buyers.
The pop icon and his actress wife closed on the four-bedroom condo last week for nearly $20.2 million through the same private company they used to buy their other Manhattan pad, according to property records.
Timberlake’s new digs are in a former Tribeca book bindery converted into ultra-luxury, loft-style condos. The apartment is one of eight penthouses, spans 5,374 square feet and has a private 2,400-square-foot rooftop terrace that wraps around the home’s entertainment room, according to floor plans of the unit.
The building, which has billed itself as paparazzi-proof, has ultra-private amenities like a limited number of indoor parking spaces and a secluded 4,000-square-foot courtyard. The building also offers shared amenities like a 71-foot swimming pool, a children’s playroom, fitness center and a Turkish bath.
Apparently, the couple “Can’t Stop the Feeling” for downtown Manhattan. Timberlake and Biel already own another penthouse just three blocks away in the SoHo Mews building, which they bought in 2010 for $7.65 million.
Other big names in the 443 Greenwich building include Jennifer Lawrence, and couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
Reps for Biel and Timberlake did not immediately respond to request for comment.
